James has trained me for two and half years now and I can confidently say that in that time. I have transformed both physically and mentally. James is great at creating workout plans, ensuring that they are both challenging but also changeable should I need it. he is always on hand, either in the gym or via text to answer any questions or offer me support. Without James’ training and encouragement, I would not have been able to come as far as I have in the gym. I’ve gone from struggling to step onto the gym floor, to now confidently walking in and knowing what all the machines do, how to use them, and the best way to train. James is a fantastic trainer; He ensures that I am always challenged, and supported and that I feel safe in the gym environment.
James has coached me for around 7 months. In this time he has really pushed me and helped me set and achieve so many goals. His passion and knowledge have helped my fitness go from strength to strength. James’s extensive fitness knowledge, along with his great coaching and encouragement has definitely helped me gain so much confidence within myself, both in and out of the gym. James always varies our sessions and is happy to adapt to my needs whenever necessary. He is always happy to help me should I need any help with my own gym sessions not just for the PT.
I have been training with James since April 2016. The initial reason for hiring his services was to help me in my efforts to overcome a medical issue which entailed both managing my health through losing weight and learning to adopt a whole different approach to how you live your everyday life and embracing a much cleaner and healthier lifestyle.
Through his very hands-on input and support I lost 1/3rd of my body weight and embraced a new approach with diet and became free of medical treatment. This was all achieved in the 6 months after August 2016. None of which was easy for either of us but without his support it would be impossible and for that I am extremely grateful to him. To this day 8 years later I am still a regular client week in week out.

My journey with James started with helping me lose weight and generally toning my muscles. I have arthritis is both hips and over a period of 8 years on a weekly basis has prevented the hip operations through exercise and diet. In September 2023 one hip was replaced and I am looking to replace the other in November 2024.

I have been training with James since 2018 and in that time he has helped me with my weight loss strength, stamina and mental health . Even during lock down he was in contact supporting me with different exercises that I do at home. Each session that we do is always different and he he introduces me to new exercises. James is always approachable on the gym floor and is on hand with any support out of our sessions. The main thing James has taught me is ‘ we are not robots and it’s OK to have bad days ie eating junk food or missing the gym
